  • Where do you ship?

    We don't just ship locally in Singapore, we ship worldwide as well!

  • Which shipping carriers do you use?

    We use courier partners like Singpost for local delivery. For international orders, we may use other carriers like DHL, Fedex or other courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

  • How long will it take for me to get my order?

    It depends on where you are. Local orders will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive. For international orders, it will take longer. Estimated delivery details are provided in the product and checkout pages, and will also be provided in your confirmation email.

  • I received a defective product, can I exchange it?

    We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to exchange an order in the event of a defect, we’re happy to help. We will only process exchanges for defective items return within 14 working days. In such an event, please email with your order number, a description of the defective product and your return address. Exchanges are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note we do not issue exchanges for our services in the medspa or for gift card purchases.

  • What is the money-back guarantee for your skincare products?

    We believe that skincare should work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will give you free store credit for products returned within 30 days of purchase. In such an event, please email with your order number and the reason(s) for returning, we will be in touch.
